Everyone knows AI can change how they work. We make the path to get there easy and efficient.
The problem
- Learning and keeping up with AI requires time to invest
- A lot of material is available online (online trainings, reels, videos, newsletters). It's difficult to have clarity on which one is right for you
- Learning a new topic requires commitment. It's tough if you're doing it alone and online
Our training program
- We make it practical and show you what's possible
- We understand your needs and guide you on solutions that work
- We make it interactive and fun
- You meet like-minded people
What you walk out with.
Every session ends with something that works, built on your own material.
Set up your AI tool, connect it with the apps you need, learn prompting.
You walk out withA configured environment with at least one connector, an "about me" file the agent knows how to use, and a completed first task.
Build skills, create agents, and automate recurring parts of your week.
You walk out withA working skill, at least one MCP connection, and one automation running independently.
Develop presentations, data analysis, websites and prototypes.
You walk out withOne finished deliverable per session: a deck, a dashboard, a webpage, or a prototype, built from your own content, plus at least one scheduled to run automatically.
Manage a multi-agent system that works while you sleep.
You walk out withA working setup with two or more agents, each with its own AGENTS.md, running on a shared project and passing work between themselves.
In person, hands-on, with people like you.
Register
Fill in the form with your name and LinkedIn. By signing up you agree to share your details with the organizers and other participants. Register for a single session or buy the full module as a bundle.
Two hours, in person
1.5 hours of hands-on training. Facilitators explain each learning block and you practice right after, with the facilitator moving through the room. Then 30 minutes of guided brainstorming and networking.
Community
Access to the AI Training community on Discord and WhatsApp to ask questions and stay updated between sessions.
Guided networking
Each person posts one thing they're trying to solve. Everyone reads the others' and marks where they can help: share an insight, contribute directly, or make an introduction.
One path, four steps.
The program is built on 4 modules. Each module runs across one or more sessions, and every session is made of hands-on learning blocks.
- 1.1Explore what's possibleSee real examples of agents working while people sleep, workflows that saved hours, things people built in a single session. Understand the end of the path before starting it.
- 1.2Where You Are and Where You Want to GoMap where AI can increase your efficiency and define what you want to achieve with it.
- 1.3Understand the evolutionTrace the path from the first ChatGPT to today's agents and harnesses. Build the mental model that makes everything else make sense.
- 1.4Learn the key definitionsAgents, context, agent harness, prompt engineering, context engineering. Names you will keep hearing, explained once, clearly.
- 1.5Choose your AI toolCompare the main tools and their strengths: Gemini for visuals, ChatGPT, Claude for business and files, Grok for research. Decide which subscription to get.
- 1.6Choose your modelDistinguish frontier models, smaller cheaper ones, and decision-only models. Match the model to the task.
- 1.7Install and set upInstall Claude Code or Codex on your laptop, start your first conversation, and understand where your agent is working.
- 1.8Discover useful toolsTry Wispr Flow for voice-to-text and Notion for notes and planning alongside your AI tool.
- 1.9Understand the AI toolNavigate projects, file uploads, and prompting. Understand how the model processes your inputs.
- 1.10Give your agent access to your documentsConnect calendar, inbox and files. Understand the different ways to give access and where each one lives.
- 1.11Connect with a connectorAdd a ready-made integration, Google Drive for example, so your agent can read and write your files.
- 1.12Understand security and privacyKnow what to upload, who can read your chats, and where your data goes before sharing anything sensitive.
- 1.13Run your first real taskTake the bottleneck identified in session 1, create a project, brainstorm the ask with your agent until requirements are clear, then build it. Walk away with an "about me" file and a working first project.
- 2.1Map recurring tasksIdentify the tasks you do on repeat. These are the ones worth automating first.
- 2.2Expand accessAdd more data sources: calendar, inbox, files. Understand every method and when to use each.
- 2.3Connect via MCPUnderstand what sits behind connectors. When there is no ready-made integration, use an MCP to give your agent access to another service.
- 2.4Build a skillTeach your agent how you do something: a weekly report in your format, or how to handle a specific task. Build a daily email digest sent to you every morning.
- 2.5Know when to use whichDistinguish connectors and MCPs (they give access) from skills (they define how the job gets done).
- 3.1Build or adapt a templateCreate your own template or adapt an existing one to match your house style.
- 3.1Develop the storylineStructure a clear narrative from a brief or document to a deck with a single argument.
- 3.1Finalize the designSet color palette, images and graphs. Save your preferences so the agent remembers them next time.
- 3.2Analyze your dataUpload a dataset, explain the data, write formulas, extract insights and build charts, all with your own numbers.
- 3.3Build a webpage or reportGo from a brief to a working webpage or HTML dashboard in one session. No code required.
- 3.4Prototype an ideaTurn an idea into a clickable prototype in one sitting: a tool, a form, or a small app.
- 3.5Schedule itSet any output to run automatically so it never has to be built from scratch again.
- 4.1Understand your harnessIdentify which harness you are using (Claude Code, Codex, Oh My Pi) and what each one controls: tools the agent can access, memory, and how it runs.
- 4.2Learn the three commandsPlan (thinks before acting, you approve), Goal (runs until the task is done), Loop (keeps going indefinitely).
- 4.3Use subagentsSplit work across helpers in the same session. Run tasks in parallel for speed, with a clear trade-off on token usage.
- 4.4Build agents that work togetherSet up multiple agents on the same project, each with an AGENTS.md that tells it how to behave. Have them pass work to each other and keep running after you close your laptop.
- 4.5Consider local modelsEvaluate when a local model is the right choice, particularly for privacy-first work, and how to set one up.
- 4.6Set up your multi-agent systemInstall the tools, start your first multi-session agents, connect them, and write their AGENTS.md files.

Common questions.
Which tool do we train on?
Mostly Claude, because it's what we use for our own work. The concepts we teach are valid and transferable to other AI tools.
Do I need to attend previous sessions before a more advanced one?
Not necessarily. If you already know the prerequisite topics you can join the session directly.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month). We'll help you set it up in session 1 if you don't have it yet.
What happens between sessions?
A shared Discord and WhatsApp channel where the challenge board keeps going, plus direct access to us for questions that come up once you start using the tools on live work.
Can it be tailored to our company?
Yes. A private cohort runs on your team's actual workflows, and the exercises use your material. Reach out for a custom quote.
